La Fiscal\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica (FGR), a trav\u00e9s de la Fiscal\u00eda Especializada en materia de Derechos Humanos (FEMDH), obtuvo resoluci\u00f3n a favor de un periodista en Sonora, que fue v\u00edctima del delito de amenazas, por cubrir una investigaci\u00f3n sobre corrupci\u00f3n en una notar\u00eda p\u00fablica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Alejandro \u201cA\u201d, amenaz\u00f3 telef\u00f3nicamente con afectar la vida e integridad f\u00edsica del periodista. Por lo anterior, una vez que se llev\u00f3 a cabo el proceso en su contra y que se agotaron las diversas etapas del procedimiento penal donde la Fiscal\u00eda Especial para la Atenci\u00f3n de Delitos cometidos contra la Libertad de Expresi\u00f3n (FEADLE), de la FEMDH, aport\u00f3 los elementos probatorios suficientes, una Jueza Federal competente determin\u00f3 la obligaci\u00f3n del imputado de realizar una reparaci\u00f3n integral en beneficio de la v\u00edctima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Como parte de esta reparaci\u00f3n, se estableci\u00f3 la obligaci\u00f3n del imputado de emitir una disculpa p\u00fablica en la que se reconozcan los hechos y la calidad period\u00edstica de la v\u00edctima, realizar una compensaci\u00f3n por los da\u00f1os sufridos, as\u00ed como sujetarse a la supervisi\u00f3n del Juzgado por un periodo de seis meses.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
