A fin de evitar pr\u00e1cticas discriminatorias, as\u00ed como garantizar que quien solicite empleo, sea quien decida otorgar el dato de su identidad a trav\u00e9s de una fotograf\u00eda y no que el empleador sea quien lo condicione como requisito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
El prop\u00f3sito de estas modificaciones es que ning\u00fan \u00f3rgano p\u00fablico, estatal o municipal, autoridad, servidor p\u00fablico, persona f\u00edsica o moral, realice actos o despliegue conductas que discriminen a cualquier persona por raz\u00f3n de su origen \u00e9tnico, nacional o regional, y cualquier otro que atente contra la dignidad humana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Con acciones como esta, se deja de manifiesto el compromiso de esta legislatura de mejorar los escenarios existentes en materia laboral, eliminando aquellas conductas que lleven a dar un trato diferenciado por no cumplir los est\u00e1ndares socialmente establecidos.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
