Un juez federal gir\u00f3 una orden de aprehensi\u00f3n contra Garc\u00eda Luna por el operativo denominado \u2018R\u00e1pido y Furioso\u2018. Se presume que el exfuncionario tuvo participaci\u00f3n en la introducci\u00f3n ilegal a M\u00e9xico de armamento, desde Estados Unidos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
La segunda orden de aprehensi\u00f3n es por su presunta participaci\u00f3n en la generaci\u00f3n de \u201cun da\u00f1o patrimonial inmenso\u201d a los\u00a0Centros Federales de Readaptaci\u00f3n Social\u00a0(Ceferesos) y responsabilidades penales al respecto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
