Hugo G\u00e1ndara, alcalde de San Juan del R\u00edo, Durango, pidi\u00f3 licencia para ausentarse del cargo, luego de que sali\u00f3 a la luz un video en el que se ve agrediendo a una mujer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
