Chapo\u201d Guzm\u00e1n para que sea extraditado a M\u00e9xico, debido a los abusos, malos tratos y violaci\u00f3n a sus derechos humanos en penal de m\u00e1xima seguridad de Estados Unidos, el penalista Jos\u00e9 Refugio Rodr\u00edguez, busca audiencia con el jefe del Ejecutivo Federal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Luego de destacar que a la fecha no han recibido respuesta formal respecto de la solicitud hecha en la Embajada de M\u00e9xico en Estados Unidos, en la que se informa de las condiciones presuntamente infrahumanas en que se encuentra el l\u00edder del C\u00e1rtel de Sinaloa en el penal estadounidense, el abogado reiter\u00f3 que ante tal situaci\u00f3n gestiona audiencia con L\u00f3pez Obrador, pero tambi\u00e9n se estima suceder\u00e1 con el secretario de Relaciones Exteriores,
