El Municipio de Matamoros a trav\u00e9s de la Secretar\u00eda de Educaci\u00f3n, Cultura y Deporte conmemorar\u00e1 este s\u00e1bado el 197 aniversario de la Expedici\u00f3n del Decreto n\u00famero 12 que concedi\u00f3 a la Congregaci\u00f3n del Refugio el t\u00edtulo de \u201cVilla de Matamoros\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n

La ceremonia c\u00edvica para conmemorar el aniversario de esta ciudad se realizar\u00e1 en la plaza principal \u201cMiguel Hidalgo\u201d a las 9:00 horas, durante un evento que encabezar\u00e1 el Presidente Municipal de Matamoros e integrantes del Cabildo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Este mismo s\u00e1bado, a las 19:00 horas, tambi\u00e9n en la plaza principal, la Secretar\u00eda de Educaci\u00f3n, Cultura y Deporte presentar\u00e1 el gran concierto denominado \u201cLos 10 Tenores Tamaulipecos\u201d, evento completamente gratuito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
