Las 12 personas detenidas la semana pasada por su relaci\u00f3n con el atentado contra el periodista Ciro G\u00f3mez Leyva, perpetrado el pasado 15 de diciembre, fueron vinculados a proceso por distintos delitos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Entre los procesados se encuentra Pool Pedro \u2018N\u2019, identificado como l\u00edder de la c\u00e9lula que perpetr\u00f3 la agresi\u00f3n, y su pareja sentimental Daniela \u2018N\u2019, ambos por delitos contra la salud en modalidad de narcomenudeo y posesi\u00f3n de armas de fuego.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Al resto de imputados se les acusa de delitos contra la salud, posesi\u00f3n con fines de comercio, posesi\u00f3n de armas y cohecho.<\/p>\n\n\n

A todos los imputados se les impuso la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva y se les fijaron entre 45 d\u00edas y dos meses de plazo para la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
