La Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad P\u00fablica de Tamaulipas (SSPT) exhorta a la ciudadan\u00eda a utilizar de manera responsable las l\u00edneas de emergencia y evitar las llamadas falsas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
De esta manera, se puede brindar una mejor respuesta a situaciones que requieran la intervenci\u00f3n de la Guardia Estatal y de otras dependencias de auxilio, ya que las denuncias formales son la principal herramienta para actuar contra los responsables de hechos delictivos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As\u00ed lo dio a conocer el titular de Seguridad P\u00fablica en la entidad, Sergio Ch\u00e1vez Garc\u00eda, quien destac\u00f3 que las personas que cometan estas pr\u00e1cticas ser\u00e1n castigadas hasta con 7 a\u00f1os de c\u00e1rcel, debido a que el C\u00f3digo Penal del Estado de Tamaulipas lo reconoce como delito en su art\u00edculo 172 fracci\u00f3n lll.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cEl que por cualquier medio reporte hechos falsos a los elementos de los polic\u00edas estatales o municipales, cuerpo de bomberos, personal de instituciones p\u00fablicas o privadas que presten servicios de emergencia o protecci\u00f3n civil que impida o cause un perjuicio o trastorno que afecten el buen funcionamiento de dichos sistemas\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Al respecto el gobernador de Tamaulipas, Am\u00e9rico Villarreal Anaya ha manifestado que se aplicar\u00e1 todo el peso de la ley contra quienes cometan este tipo de delitos, y enfatiz\u00f3 que \u201cya no hay espacio para la impunidad\u201d.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
