La Fiscal\u00eda General de Justicia de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico inform\u00f3 que un juez de control, vincul\u00f3 a proceso a Vanessa \u2018N\u2019, por su probable participaci\u00f3n en el feminicidio de la joven Ariadna Fernanda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Asimismo el Juez de Control calific\u00f3 de legal su\u00a0detenci\u00f3n\u00a0en el municipio mexiquense de Ecatepec, por lo que fue internada en el\u00a0penal de Santa Martha Acatitla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
La Fiscal\u00eda General de Justicia (FGJ) capitalina acusa a Vanessa \u2018N\u2019 de feminicidio, al se\u00f1alarla como coautora material de asesinato de Ariadna Fernanda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
La joven Ariadna Fernanda fue reportada como desaparecida el 30 de octubre en la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, despu\u00e9s de asistir a un evento en un restaurante y posteriormente ir con una amiga al departamento del novio de esta \u00faltima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Dos d\u00edas despu\u00e9s, su cuerpo fue encontrado sobre la M\u00e9xico-Cuernavaca, a la altura de La Pera-Cuautla, si bien su familia identific\u00f3 que se trataba de ella hasta el 2 de noviembre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Seg\u00fan una necropsia realizada por la Fiscal\u00eda de Morelos, la joven muri\u00f3 a consecuencia de una\u00a0intoxicaci\u00f3n alcoh\u00f3lica\u00a0y subsecuente\u00a0broncoaspiraci\u00f3n, descartando en un primer momento que se tratara de un homicidio doloso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
