Para inhibir esta conducta ilegal, el Diputado Juan Ovidio Garc\u00eda Garc\u00eda dej\u00f3 sobre la mesa legislativa, la Iniciativa que busca actualizar la normatividad penal para sancionar la sustracci\u00f3n ilegal del agua de la infraestructura creada para tal efecto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
En su propuesta plantea sancionar tambi\u00e9n figuras delictivas como el riesgo a la salud p\u00fablica por no llevar a cabo la potabilizaci\u00f3n del agua en la red de distribuci\u00f3n, el suministro de agua sin permiso o autorizaci\u00f3n, la apropiaci\u00f3n indebida, entre otras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cLo anterior en aras de seguir preservando el derecho inalienable de acceso al agua en forma suficiente, saludable, aceptable y asequible, para las familias en Tamaulipas\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 el integrante del Grupo Parlamentario de Morena.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Mencion\u00f3 que esta actividad indebida no es privativa de las personas de escasos recursos, sino de aquellos que contando con buena capacidad econ\u00f3mica se aprovechan de ella, para conectar clandestinamente sus negocios y residencias a la red p\u00fablica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cEn el estado se ha detectado que hasta el 15 por ciento de los usuarios tienen tomas o conexiones clandestinas de la red de distribuci\u00f3n de agua potable, de los organismos operadores de agua en los municipios del estado, lo que impacta operativa y financieramente en la ciudadan\u00eda que cumplimos con pagar el servicio\u201d, acot\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
