Ser\u00e1n las autoridades de Conciliaci\u00f3n y Arbitraje las que resuelvan la situaci\u00f3n de un grupo de aproximadamente 15 jubilados, quienes demandan un supuesto aumento que no les concedi\u00f3 el Gobierno Municipal, afirm\u00f3 Carlos Ballesteros G\u00e1lvez.
Al ser entrevistado por representantes de los medios de comunicaci\u00f3n, el Secretario del Ayuntamiento, quien fue acompa\u00f1ado por el Oficial Mayor, H\u00e9ctor Rafael Reina Mass\u00fa, destac\u00f3 que el grupo de jubilados entablaron una demanda ante las autoridades laborales, por este motivo, las negociaciones sobre sus planteamientos deben hacerse en Conciliaci\u00f3n y Arbitraje.
En estos momentos el Gobierno de Matamoros no puede hacer ninguna negociaci\u00f3n con ellos por la demanda que existe; cualquier aclaraci\u00f3n o negociaci\u00f3n que se tenga que hacer, ser\u00e1 en los tribunales porque ellos ya tienen entablada una demanda laboral, reiter\u00f3.
Mencion\u00f3 que el Gobierno Municipal contrat\u00f3 a un abogado externo en temas laborales y ser\u00e1 quien d\u00e9 seguimiento a los exempleados que perciben sueldos, que en algunos de los casos rebasan los 40 mil pesos mensuales, sueldos que les fueron concedidos por otras administraciones municipales.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
