La Reforma Laboral aprobada en el Congreso de la Uni\u00f3n en el 2019 y que ahora se ejecuta en Tamaulipas, por lo que ya se acabaron los \u2018moches\u2019 y juicios que antes tardaban hasta 11 a\u00f1os en resolver.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
La secretaria del Trabajo y Previsi\u00f3n Social en Tamaulipas, Olga Sosa, expreso: \u201cNosotros votamos la Reforma Laboral en el 2019 desde la C\u00e1mara de Diputados y hoy la estamos ejecutando\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cSe trabaja para abatir el rezago que dejaron gobiernos pasados, pues tras 12 a\u00f1os dejaron seis mil asuntos encarpetados\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cAhora tenemos 20 mil que son nuestra prioridad de sacarlos a puerta cerrada\u201d, expres\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Detall\u00f3 que a partir del 3 de octubre se abrieron los Centros de Conciliaci\u00f3n, en donde el trabajador ya no necesita un abogado y tras explicar el problema en 45 d\u00edas se debe resolver.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Actualmente siete de cada 10 asuntos se resuelven en poco tiempo y solo un m\u00ednimo pasa a los tribunales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
