A varios meses del caso de Debanhi Escobar, cuya invrestugaci\u00f3n fue atra\u00edda por la FGR, el fiscal de Nuevo Le\u00f3n, Gustavo Adolfo Guerrero Guti\u00e9rrez present\u00f3 su renuncia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Bajo su administraci\u00f3n, se dijo con respecto al caso de la jovencita Debanhi que en un principio se trat\u00f3, de un accidente, peor a ra\u00edz de las inconsistencias de la investigaci\u00f3n, la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n fue atra\u00edda por las autoridades federales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Este d\u00eda, fue comunicada su decisi\u00f3n al Congreso del Estado de Nuevo Le\u00f3n, a trav\u00e9s de una carta en la que argument\u00f3 el inicio de su proceso de jubilaci\u00f3n por haber cumplido m\u00e1s de 40 a\u00f1os como servidor p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Resalt\u00f3 haber \u201ctransitado con orgullo por distintos encargos y tareas\u201d para abonar a la transformaci\u00f3n del servicio p\u00fablico2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
