Por no tener la honorabilidad y por mala reputaci\u00f3n, el gobernador de Tamaulipas, Am\u00e9rico Villarreal Anaya, decidi\u00f3 no ratificar en el cargo de Magistrado del Poder Judicial de Tamaulipas a Horacio Ortiz Ren\u00e1n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
La Constituci\u00f3n del Estado faculta al Gobernador para proponer a los Magistrados del Supremo Tribunal de Justicia y en su caso la ratificaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Esta ma\u00f1ana, Ortiz Ren\u00e1n fue notificado de la decisi\u00f3n del titular del Ejecutivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
La ley establece que para ratificar un magistrado, debe valorarse su desempe\u00f1o \u00e9tico y profesional, pues la sociedad tiene el derecho a contar con juzgadores id\u00f3neos, que aseguren una impartici\u00f3n de justicia pronta, completa, gratuita e imparcial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Como el magistrado en menci\u00f3n ha tenido se\u00f1alamientos p\u00fablicos que cuestionan su reputaci\u00f3n, el gobernador Villarreal Anaya ha determinado no ratificar a Horacio Ortiz Ren\u00e1n, por incumplir con los requisitos de falta de honorabilidad y buena reputaci\u00f3n que deben cumplir los juzgadores locales, de acuerdo al art\u00edculo 95 de la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Existen opiniones de ciudadanos y representantes de organizaciones y gremios de abogados que ponen en evidencia que el Magistrado Horacio Ortiz utiliz\u00f3 su cargo para responder a intereses pol\u00edticos del entonces titular del Poder Ejecutivo, as\u00ed como en protecci\u00f3n de intereses patrimoniales ajenos a las contiendas judiciales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ortiz Ren\u00e1n desatendi\u00f3 la obligaci\u00f3n de impartir justicia independiente e imparcial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
El dictamen tambi\u00e9n da cuenta de las denuncias presentadas por servidores p\u00fablicos que pusieron de manifiesto, la persecuci\u00f3n judicial de que fueron objeto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
El documento incluye la vinculaci\u00f3n con medios de comunicaci\u00f3n, que exponen las conductas atribuidas al mencionado Magistrado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
