El Departamento de Control de Animales de Rio Grande City, dirigido por Eli Gonz\u00e1lez, investig\u00f3 el caso y obtuvo la orden de arresto antes de que Hern\u00e1ndez se entregara voluntariamente. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
