PUENTE INFORMATIVO\/Tampico<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Con el objetivo de ofrecer un espacio recreativo y deportivo dirigido a las y los j\u00f3venes, el Instituto de la Juventud de Tamaulipas (INJUVE) llev\u00f3 a cabo el encuentro \u201cWellness\u201d en la Velaria del Recinto Ferial de Tampico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Esta iniciativa busca impulsar la activaci\u00f3n f\u00edsica y la adopci\u00f3n de h\u00e1bitos saludables, consolidando un estilo de vida equilibrado a trav\u00e9s de la convivencia al aire libre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Durante la jornada, los asistentes participaron en un programa que inici\u00f3 con una sesi\u00f3n de meditaci\u00f3n, seguida de entrenamiento funcional de alto impacto y rutinas de estiramiento. Para complementar la experiencia, el p\u00fablico recorri\u00f3 el \u201cMercado Wellness\u201d, espacio dedicado a la exposici\u00f3n de productos y servicios de cuidado personal y nutrici\u00f3n consciente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Bajo la premisa de vincular la salud integral con el entorno social, el Instituto promueve esta actividad como parte de sus acciones prioritarias para activar cuerpo y mente m\u00e1s all\u00e1 del \u00e1mbito deportivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Sobre el impacto de esta jornada, Oscar Azael Rodr\u00edguez Perales, director general del INJUVE, destac\u00f3 que la prioridad institucional es dotar a la juventud de herramientas que fortalezcan su salud f\u00edsica y estabilidad emocional. Asimismo, enfatiz\u00f3 que el deporte y el autocuidado constituyen pilares fundamentales para reconstruir el tejido social.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Esta estrategia responde a las pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas del Gobierno del Estado, encabezado por el gobernador Am\u00e9rico Villarreal Anaya, quien ha instruido atender a este sector de manera transversal.
