El conductor fue identificado como Juan Carlos Gonz\u00e1lez, quien se nego a detenerse a pesar de haber pasado por varios lugares seguros para hacerlo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Cuando la persecuci\u00f3n finalmente termin\u00f3 cerca de las intersecciones de Baldwin y Charlotte Drive, los agentes encontraron a un ni\u00f1o de dps a\u00f1os sin cintur\u00f3n de seguridad en el asiento trasero, ya que el veh\u00edculo no contaba con una silla de seguridad infantil. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Gonz\u00e1lez presentaba dificultad para hablar, ojos rojos y llorosos, y ol\u00eda a alcohol, \u00e9l le dijo al agente que hab\u00eda tomado “cinco o seis cervezas Corona” y se calific\u00f3 a s\u00ed mismo con un 7 sobre 10 en su nivel de intoxicaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Se le acusa de poner en peligro a un menor, conducir bajo los efectos del alcohol con un menor de 15 a\u00f1os a bordo y evadir el arresto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
