De acuerdo al reporte de la Corte del Condado de Cameron, Esai Longoria fue acusado de asesinato, agresi\u00f3n a un agente policiaco, lesiones a una persona mayor, agresi\u00f3n con agravantes y tres cargos de resistencia al arresto. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Se le fij\u00f3 una fianza de 55 mil d\u00f3lares por los cargos de resistencia al arresto, pero no se fij\u00f3 fianza para los dem\u00e1s cargos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Longoria fue trasladado a la c\u00e1rcel del condado de Hidalgo tras su comparecencia ante el juez el 24 de agosto, el enfrenta cargos de asesinato tras el hallazgo del cad\u00e1ver de una familiar en su domicilio-<\/p>\n\n\n\n
El Departamento de Polic\u00eda de McAllen recibi\u00f3 reportes de un hombre que actuaba de forma err\u00e1tica en una vivienda ubicada en el 1500 de la avenida Redwood, en hechos registrados el 22 de agosto. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Longoria se hab\u00eda encerrado en la casa y se le o\u00eda gritar, fue su abuela quien inform\u00f3 a los agentes que padec\u00eda esquizofrenia y no estaba tomando su medicaci\u00f3n. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Los agentes lograron entrar en la vivienda y detuvieron a Longoria.
