PUENTE INFORMATIVO\/Matamoros<\/p>\n\n\n\n
El alcalde de Matamoros, Beto Granados, encabez\u00f3 este mi\u00e9rcoles un importante evento en el que se constat\u00f3 la cancelaci\u00f3n de cerca de mil hipotecas del Instituto del Fondo Nacional de la Vivienda para los Trabajadores (Infonavit). Acompa\u00f1ado por el gerente del organismo en la localidad, V\u00edctor Jaime L\u00f3pez Guajardo, el mandatario destac\u00f3 el respaldo del Gobierno de M\u00e9xico para brindar seguridad patrimonial a las familias matamorenses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Durante su intervenci\u00f3n, el edil expres\u00f3 su satisfacci\u00f3n por ser testigo de un beneficio tan significativo para la comunidad. Inform\u00f3 que, gracias a las instrucciones de la presidenta de M\u00e9xico, Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo, este tr\u00e1mite se realiza de manera completamente gratuita, eliminando as\u00ed un gasto que anteriormente pod\u00eda alcanzar entre 8 mil y hasta 18 mil pesos, dependiendo la regi\u00f3n del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
El alcalde subray\u00f3 que esta medida permitir\u00e1 a los beneficiarios vender, heredar o habitar sus viviendas con plena tranquilidad, al contar finalmente con la certeza jur\u00eddica de su propiedad. Asimismo, agradeci\u00f3 el trabajo coordinado con el gerente del Infonavit en Matamoros y reiter\u00f3 su compromiso de seguir impulsando acciones que fortalezcan el bienestar de las familias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
El alcalde tambi\u00e9n reconoci\u00f3 el respaldo del gobernador Am\u00e9rico Villarreal Anaya, al recordar que el acceso a la vivienda es un derecho y no un privilegio.
