Un hombre de Pe\u00f1itas ha sido sentenciado a 50 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n por el asesinato de su novia, seg\u00fan un comunicado de prensa del Fiscal de Distrito Penal del Condado de Hidalgo, Ricardo Rodr\u00edguez, Jr. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Eduardo Cruz Gonz\u00e1lez, de 34 a\u00f1os, fue declarado culpable de asesinato, un delito grave de primer grado, el 20 de septiembre luego de un juicio de varios d\u00edas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
El juez Fernando Mancias del Tribunal de Distrito 93 sentenci\u00f3 a Gonz\u00e1lez a 50 a\u00f1os en una prisi\u00f3n estatal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Los fiscales dicen que en las primeras horas de la ma\u00f1ana del 1 de octubre de 2017, la v\u00edctima, con quien Gonz\u00e1lez tuvo una relaci\u00f3n intermitente durante ocho meses, intent\u00f3 terminar la relaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Gonz\u00e1lez procedi\u00f3 a atacarla y golpearla brutalmente, dicen los fiscales. La v\u00edctima muri\u00f3 despu\u00e9s de que Gonz\u00e1lez la golpeara con un bloque de cemento de 33 libras en la nuca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
“Quiero felicitar a ADA J. Enereo b=Baz\u00e1n y ADA Michelle V. Beltr\u00e1n por sacar a este delincuente violento de nuestras calles”, dijo el fiscal de distrito penal Ricardo Rodr\u00edguez, Jr.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
“Alentamos a cualquier persona que est\u00e9 experimentando abuso dom\u00e9stico a que llame a las agencias policiales locales y obtenga la ayuda que necesita.
