El Gobierno de Matamoros, encabezado por Beto Granados, inform\u00f3 que durante la tarde de este s\u00e1bado se registr\u00f3 una precipitaci\u00f3n de una pulgada en la zona poniente de la ciudad. Esta lluvia repentina provoc\u00f3 acumulaci\u00f3n de agua en diversas vialidades, lo que activ\u00f3 la intervenci\u00f3n de cuadrillas municipales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ante esta situaci\u00f3n, personal de la Junta de Aguas y Drenaje se despleg\u00f3 para realizar labores de limpieza en rejillas, alcantarillas y bocas de tormenta. El objetivo principal es facilitar el desag\u00fce y disminuir el nivel del agua acumulada, reduciendo as\u00ed el riesgo de inundaciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
El gobierno municipal tambi\u00e9n ha emitido una serie de recomendaciones a la ciudadan\u00eda para contribuir a prevenir afectaciones mayores. Entre las principales, se destaca la importancia de no tirar basura en la v\u00eda p\u00fablica, mantener limpios los frentes de las viviendas y resguardar los botes de basura dentro de los hogares.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Debido al pron\u00f3stico de lluvias para los pr\u00f3ximos d\u00edas, las autoridades reiteran el llamado a la colaboraci\u00f3n ciudadana.
