El Gobierno Municipal que preside el alcalde, Beto Granados, llev\u00f3 a cabo la segunda mesa de trabajo del Centro Integral de Bienestar y Control Animal de Matamoros (CIBCAM), con la participaci\u00f3n de representantes de distintas \u00e1reas del Ayuntamiento, organizaciones civiles, profesionales de la salud animal y ciudadan\u00eda comprometida con el bienestar de los animales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Durante esta jornada, que en representaci\u00f3n del alcalde, encabez\u00f3 la Secretaria T\u00e9cnica, Alma Rosa Alarc\u00f3n Cerna, se avanz\u00f3 en la definici\u00f3n de la estructura org\u00e1nica del CIBCAM, as\u00ed como en la selecci\u00f3n de su ubicaci\u00f3n, el dise\u00f1o del proyecto de edificaci\u00f3n y la planeaci\u00f3n de actividades conjuntas para su operaci\u00f3n y funcionamiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
El objetivo principal de este centro es promover una cultura de protecci\u00f3n y cuidado hacia los animales, mediante acciones orientadas al bienestar animal, la prevenci\u00f3n de enfermedades zoon\u00f3ticas y el control \u00e9tico de la poblaci\u00f3n de perros y gatos en situaci\u00f3n de calle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Asimismo, se busca fortalecer la convivencia arm\u00f3nica y responsable entre las personas y los animales del municipio, promoviendo campa\u00f1as de concientizaci\u00f3n, esterilizaci\u00f3n, adopci\u00f3n y educaci\u00f3n comunitaria.
