Norma Pi\u00f1a, ministra presidenta de la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Naci\u00f3n (SCJN), asegur\u00f3 que la campa\u00f1a para deslegitimar al Poder Judicial implementada en el sexenio pasado min\u00f3 la confianza de la poblaci\u00f3n hacia sus juzgadores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
En entrevista con Joaqu\u00edn L\u00f3pez-D\u00f3riga para su espacio en Radio F\u00f3rmula, Pi\u00f1a Hern\u00e1ndez detall\u00f3 que estas descalificaciones fueron constantes y sin sustento hacia ministros, magistrados y jueces, lo que hizo que la ciudadan\u00eda perdiera la confianza en los juzgadores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Pienso que la historia analizar\u00e1 con calma lo que sucedi\u00f3 en este periodo, pero ese ataque constante s\u00ed lleg\u00f3 a mermar la confianza de la ciudadan\u00eda en el Poder Judicial Federal\u201d, afirm\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Este martes al mediod\u00eda, la ministra presidenta de la Corte present\u00f3 su segundo y \u00faltimo informe anual de labores 2024, donde critic\u00f3 la reforma judicial realizada en el Gobierno de\u00a0Andr\u00e9s Manuel L\u00f3pez Obrador\u00a0y publicada el 15 de septiembre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Tras su informe, la ministra Pi\u00f1a Hern\u00e1ndez dijo estar con la satisfacci\u00f3n del deber cumplido en su encargo al frente del M\u00e1ximo Tribunal del pa\u00eds en estos \u00faltimos dos a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
