Las v\u00edctimas de cinco nacionalidades fueron localizadas en condiciones de hacinamiento y en condiciones infrahumanas<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En el marco de la Estrategia Nacional de Seguridad P\u00fablica, en el estado de Nuevo Le\u00f3n, integrantes de la Guardia Nacional (GN) y personal del Instituto Nacional de Migraci\u00f3n (INM), rescataron a 121 personas migrantes que eran transportadas en un tracto cami\u00f3n en condiciones de hacinamiento.<\/p>\n\n\n

Los hechos se registraron tras una denuncia ciudadana que report\u00f3 la presencia de un tracto cami\u00f3n mal estacionado sobre la carretera Matehuala-Saltillo, a la altura del kil\u00f3metro 129+400, en el municipio de Galeana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Guardias nacionales se dirigieron al lugar y tuvieron contacto con el automotor, tipo caja seca, estacionado sobre el acotamiento de la v\u00eda; al acercarse se percataron que el operador no se encontraba y escucharon gritos provenientes del interior del veh\u00edculo.<\/p>\n\n\n

Al abrir la puerta de la caja del tracto cami\u00f3n, personal de la GN observ\u00f3 a varias personas, entre ellas menores de edad que se identificaron como migrantes y no acreditaron su estancia legal en el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A las personas migrantes que proven\u00edan de Honduras, Guatemala, Nicaragua, El Salvador y Cuba, se les proporcion\u00f3 agua y atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica; posteriormente fueron trasladadas a una estaci\u00f3n migratoria para realizar las gestiones correspondientes a fin de recibir asistencia consular, definir su situaci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica y, en su caso, proceder a su retorno asistido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El veh\u00edculo fue asegurado y puesto a disposici\u00f3n en la delegaci\u00f3n de la Fiscal\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica (FGR) en Linares, Nuevo Le\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La Guardia Nacional y el Instituto Nacional de Migraci\u00f3n refrendan su compromiso por mantener una migraci\u00f3n segura, ordenada y regular, en estricto apego al Estado de derecho, con pleno respeto a los derechos humanos y a las leyes internacionales en la materia, evitando el tr\u00e1fico ilegal de personas en condici\u00f3n de movilidad.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
