Correspondi\u00f3 al Secretario del Ayuntamiento, Carlos Ballesteros G\u00e1lvez colocar la banda que acredita a la joven representante de la preparatoria “Ricardo Flores Mag\u00f3n” como Se\u00f1orita Independencia, acto que fue atestiguado por Marsella Huerta de L\u00f3pez, presidenta del DIF.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En el evento tambi\u00e9n se eligi\u00f3 a Paulina Guti\u00e9rrez Flores , del Instituto Tecnol\u00f3gico de Matamoros, como Se\u00f1orita Personalidad y a Dairan Astrid Salazar Flores, como Se\u00f1orita Simpat\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
