El alcalde Dr. Rub\u00e9n Sauceda Lumbreras impuso medallas conmemorativas del Gobierno de Matamoros a ni\u00f1os y j\u00f3venes atletas, quienes con sus destacadas participaciones a nivel local, regional, nacional e inclusive a nivel mundial ponen en alto el nombre de esta frontera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tal es el caso de la deportista multimedallista de oro Mar\u00eda Fernanda Sierra Cant\u00fa, quien a sus 17 a\u00f1os de edad, es una de las m\u00e1ximas representantes del deporte Tae Kwon Do, actualmente campeona nacional de los juegos CONADE; medalla de oro del selectivo nacional en su categor\u00eda y pronto competir\u00e1 para ganarse su pase al mundial a realizarse en la Rep\u00fablica de Corea.<\/p>\n\n\n

La medalla conmemorativa del Gobierno Municipal tambi\u00e9n fue colocada al ni\u00f1o Gael Torres V\u00e1zquez, quien a su corta edad tambi\u00e9n es campe\u00f3n estatal de Tae Kwon Do; ambos medallistas son entrenados por Mauro Ordu\u00f1a, quien hizo una breve explicaci\u00f3n al Presidente Municipal de los logros obtenidos por los j\u00f3venes deportistas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En el encuentro celebrado en la sala \u201cBenito Ju\u00e1rez\u201d, el alcalde Sauceda Lumbreras tambi\u00e9n entreg\u00f3 un uniforme e impuso medalla al joven deportista Juan Mart\u00ednez, quien representar\u00e1 a Matamoros en los Juegos Regionales Paral\u00edmpicos a celebrarse en Tampico, Tamaulipas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Juan Mart\u00ednez, quien fue acompa\u00f1ado por su entrenadora Flor Rivera  competir\u00e1 en la disciplina de atletismo en las pruebas de 400 metros planos e impulso de bala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El Presidente Municipal de Matamoros tambi\u00e9n otorg\u00f3 un reconocimiento al Pentatl\u00f3n Deportivo Militarizado Universitario, Cuartel de Infanter\u00eda de Marina, en ocasi\u00f3n del 86 aniversario de su creaci\u00f3n, de los cuales 7 a\u00f1os tiene trabajando con la ni\u00f1ez y juventud matamorense.<\/p>\n\n\n

Juan Landeros, Comandante del Pentatl\u00f3n recibi\u00f3 el reconocimiento en el que se agradece su trabajo en favor de la ni\u00f1ez y juventud, ya que con la disciplina, el deporte y la cultura logran formar no solo al mejor pentatleta, sino tambi\u00e9n al mejor estudiante, al mejor amigo, al mejor hijo, pero principalmente al mejor mexicano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Durante la ceremonia, el Presidente Municipal fue acompa\u00f1ado por la Secretaria de Educaci\u00f3n, Cultura y Deporte, Genoveva Hi Gonz\u00e1lez; por el Director del Deporte en el Municipio, Luis Horacio Flores Bernal y por el presidente de la Comisi\u00f3n de Deportes en el Cabildo, Jos\u00e9 Manuel Raygoza.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
