En la mejor de sus 27 vueltas, Norris cubri\u00f3 los 4 mil 657 metros de la pista catalana en un minuto, 14 segundos y 228 mil\u00e9simas, solo 24 menos que el l\u00edder del Mundial, el neerland\u00e9s Max Verstappen (Red Bull); que dio una menos y que, al igual que \u00e9l, marc\u00f3 su mejor crono con el neum\u00e1tico de compuesto blando. Sainz, que gir\u00f3 31 veces, marc\u00f3, con el neum\u00e1tico medio, el tercer crono del ensayo, a 344 mil\u00e9simas de su ex compa\u00f1ero ingl\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Alonso se inscribi\u00f3 noveno en la tabla de tiempos. El doble campe\u00f3n mundial asturiano, que gir\u00f3 26 veces y que provoc\u00f3, durante unos instantes, una interrupci\u00f3n con bandera roja -para retirar de pista parte de la fibra de carbono que se desprendi\u00f3 del aler\u00f3n delantero de su AMR24-, se qued\u00f3, con el blando, a nueve d\u00e9cimas del tiempo de Norris: tercero en el Mundial, a 63 puntos de \u2018Mad Max\u2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
