La Fiscal\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado de Tamaulipas inform\u00f3 que, fue vinculado a proceso Salom\u00f3n \u201cC\u201d por los delitos de Homicidio culposo y da\u00f1o en propiedad, por los hechos registrados el pasado 10 de septiembre en el que lamentablemente fallecieron 18 personas derivado de un accidente vial ocurrido en la carretera Victoria-Monterrey.
El Agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico present\u00f3 elementos de prueba que implican al imputado en los citados delitos, en los hechos en los que un contenedor con combustible se desprendi\u00f3 de un tracto cami\u00f3n impactando al autob\u00fas de pasajeros, a consecuencia de lo cual las v\u00edctimas perdieron la vida.
El Juzgador tambi\u00e9n estableci\u00f3 que Salom\u00f3n \u201cC\u201d permanecer\u00e1 en prisi\u00f3n preventiva justificada por el t\u00e9rmino de un a\u00f1o y un plazo de tres meses para el cierre de la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.
