Un juez de control vincul\u00f3 a proceso de Fernando \u2018N\u2019, alias \u2018El Tibur\u00f3n\u2018, acusado de agredir a golpes a un menor de edad que trabajaba en una sucursal de Subway en la capital del estado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
El sujeto enfrenta cargos por homicidio calificado en grado de tentativa agravado y el juzgador le impuso la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva justificada y un plazo de tres meses para la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
El pasado 5 de agosto el hoy imputado fue detenido en la ciudad capital de San Luis Potos\u00ed tras un operativo de la Polic\u00eda de Investigaci\u00f3n (PDI) en varios municipios de Guanajuato y Jalisco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Tal b\u00fasqueda tuvo lugar luego de que la Fiscal\u00eda inici\u00f3 la investigaci\u00f3n de oficio, cuando se dio a conocer por las redes sociales la golpiza que el hoy imputado propin\u00f3 a un adolescente dentro de un establecimiento de comida r\u00e1pida el pasado 31 de julio de este 2023.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
