La Fiscal\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado de Tamaulipas informa que NO existe ni en momento alguno se ha tenido intenci\u00f3n de iniciar una carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n contra madres buscadoras o familiares que hicieron hallazgo de restos humanos en Reynosa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Dicha versi\u00f3n, propalada por activistas que han sido desmentidos por las propias madres buscadoras carecen de sustento legal, pues la acci\u00f3n realizada por ellas ha estado acompa\u00f1ada por acciones de personal pericial y de la Comisi\u00f3n Estatal de B\u00fasqueda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
La carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n que se inici\u00f3 fue como consecuencia del hallazgo que hicieron las integrantes del colectivo, como lo marca el Art\u00edculo 302 de la Ley sobre Inhumaciones y Exhumaciones, que no implican ninguna imputaci\u00f3n a las personas responsables del hallazgo.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
