Por contar con un mandamiento judicial por el delito de secuestro agravado de un joven de 17 a\u00f1os, fue aprehendido en Tamaulipas Erick Iv\u00e1n \u201cN\u201d por agentes de la Polic\u00eda de Investigaci\u00f3n (PDI) de la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de San Luis Potos\u00ed (FGESLP).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Lo anterior, por los citados hechos suscitados el 22 de agosto de 2019 en la capital potosina, cuando el hoy detenido, en contubernio con un hombre y una mujer, privaron de la libertad a un joven de identidad reservada, por quien solicitaron dinero a sus familiares para su liberaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Sin embargo, y a pesar de los esfuerzos de rescate, el cuerpo del menor fue localizado d\u00edas despu\u00e9s sin vida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Resultado de la formalizaci\u00f3n de dicha denuncia y la judicializaci\u00f3n de la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n que trabaj\u00f3 un Ministerio P\u00fablico, fue que se obtuvo el citado ordenamiento mediante el cual se pudo capturar al imputado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Las labores de b\u00fasqueda fueron ejecutadas por los agentes investigadores, quienes, mediante convenio de colaboraci\u00f3n, lograron ubicar al indiciado en tierras tamaulipecas, en donde se ocultaba para evadir la justicia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Despu\u00e9s de su captura, Erick Iv\u00e1n \u201cN\u201d fue trasladado desde aquel Estado hasta la capital potosina, para ser llevado ante la autoridad judicial que lo solicita.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
La Fiscal\u00eda de San Luis Potos\u00ed contin\u00faa con los trabajos sobre dicha carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n y los citados involucrados.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
