<\/figure><\/div>\n\n\nLa Fiscal\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica (FGR), con apoyo del Gobierno de Tamaulipas y de la Fiscal\u00eda General de Justicia de dicha entidad, realiz\u00f3 diversas investigaciones las cuales llevaron a obtener la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso en contra de Rafael Santiago \u201cA\u201d, por homicidio calificado, premeditaci\u00f3n, alevos\u00eda y ventaja, en agravio del periodista Antonio De la Cruz y de su hija Cynthia, que fueron privados de la vida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Dicha vinculaci\u00f3n se obtuvo este d\u00eda, por parte del Juez de Control Federal en Ciudad Victoria, Tamaulipas, luego de que, en este caso, la FGR ejercit\u00f3 la facultad de atracci\u00f3n, realizando todas las investigaciones necesarias de las cuales derivaron 109 datos de prueba para acreditar la probable responsabilidad penal del imputado ya mencionado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
La autoridad judicial otorg\u00f3 cuatro meses para la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria y autoriz\u00f3 la prisi\u00f3n preventiva oficiosa para esta persona, quien ya se encuentra detenida en el Centro de Reclusi\u00f3n de Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
