El fiscal general del estado de San Luis Potos\u00ed, Jos\u00e9 Luis Ruiz Contreras, inform\u00f3 que se abri\u00f3 una carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n por la grabaci\u00f3n que circula en medios de comunicaci\u00f3n, donde al parecer se involucra al presidente municipal de Matehuala con miembros de un grupo criminal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cEs lo que vamos a determinar, de d\u00f3nde proviene el audio, tenemos que realizar un an\u00e1lisis de voz, si efectivamente es la de \u00e9l, y realizar las pruebas correspondientes; hay tecnolog\u00edas que nos van a permitir esclarecer ese tipo de indicios\u201d, explic\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ruiz Contreras tambi\u00e9n resalt\u00f3 que se est\u00e1n analizando dichas grabaciones, y que ser\u00e1 el desarrollo de la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n la que ir\u00e1 determinando los pasos a seguir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
En tal sentido, coment\u00f3 que ser\u00e1n esas indagaciones las que establecer\u00e1n si el alcalde de Matehuala se presentar\u00e1 ante la autoridad judicial como probable responsable de un hecho delictivo o un posible testigo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
El titular del ente de procuraci\u00f3n de justicia, record\u00f3 que el edil de la Zona Altiplano, ya contaba con otra carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n, luego que tambi\u00e9n habr\u00eda participado en un incidente donde se vieron afectados varios inmigrantes por el crimen organizado.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
