Hugo Armando N., mejor conocido como \u2018la Cabra\u2018, fue detenido en el estado de Tamaulipas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Autoridades lo identifican como miembro de \u2018Los Metros\u2018 y jefe de plaza en los municipios de Miguel Alem\u00e1n, Camargo y Comales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Su captura deriv\u00f3 de un operativo conjunto entre el Ej\u00e9rcito, la Fuerza Especial de Reacci\u00f3n e Intervenci\u00f3n de la Guardia Nacional, el Centro Nacional de Fusi\u00f3n de Inteligencia y la Fiscal\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Investigaciones vinculan a \u2018la Cabra\u2019 con 23 agresiones a autoridades civiles y nueve contra personal militar. Asimismo se le se\u00f1ala de tr\u00e1fico de drogas y personas hacia Estados Unidos, y de trasiego de armas hacia M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
La detenci\u00f3n ocurri\u00f3 el pasado 28 de abril. Se le decomisaron 600 pastillas de fentanilo, dos armas de fuego, dos cargadores y 37 cartuchos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
